Banana Boat Voluntary Recall Reimbursement Information 

 

To ensure your reimbursement is processed without delay, please have the following ready: 

  1. The product with UPC, Date Code/Lot Code and Expiration Date information (Located on the bottom of the product) 

  2. You will be asked to provide pictures of your product or receipt(s) if available.  Please provide the following: 

    • (1) picture of all the impacted product(s) visible in the photo  

    • (1) picture of the bottom of the product(s) with visible date/lot codes  

    • (1) picture of the receipt of the product(s) (If available)

 

Once you submit your request, please allow 6-8 weeks for reimbursement to arrive.
